The RURAL Centre is pleased to announce that Tara Isenor has joined the Atlantic RURAL Centre as our Centre Manager. She will be replacing Jenn Tuttle.

Tara holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a Masters in Health Care Management (MHCM) from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, she holds a Financial Counseling Designation (PFC) from the Institute of Canadian Bankers. Tara comes to us from Capital Health (CH) in Halifax, NS where she was mentored by the CEO in Executive Leadership while she fulfilled various management roles. Recently, she completed a secondment from CH to Nova Scotia’s Department of Health as the Project Manager for the Research and Evaluation Unit of the Health Transformation Division. Tara brings extensive managerial experience from the Health and Financial sectors to the Atlantic RURAL Center. Tara is a freelance writer and is in the process of getting her Children’s Book Series published. Tara is married and has one son and is very excited to be a member of this great team.
